How to schedule private events
OPEN allows you to plan private events directly on the app.
Navigate to discover
To plan a private event, first navigate to the discover tab by clicking on the Discover icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the plus sign
Click on the purple and white plus sign that appears at the bottom right of the screen when you are on the discover tab.
Create Event
Click on Create Event which will be the second button from the top once you click on the plus sign.
Once you’re in the My Event view, select your event image and fill out all event details.
To make the event private, check the box under RSVP Settings that says “This is a Private Event/Require approval.”
When you check this box, guests can request to attend your event, but you’ll need to approve them under Me Tab My Events before they will be able to RSVP.
